Applied online and immediately within an hr received an interview for a call with the HR. After a week scheduled a call with the hiring manager. On the day of the interview no one joined. I emailed the HR and was gotten back later stating there is a company wide "teams" issue and she will reschedule the call. The interview too seemed to just be grilling and asked around 15-20 scenario based questions and stated that the same example cannot be used again. After a point if got very difficult to keep coming up with new examples each time.
The turnaround times is too slow. Took a month to get the interview scheduled with the hiring manager as opposed to what their website mentions that the average hiring process takes 21 days.

Entrevista
Overall, my interview experience with So Energy was professional, though there were a few areas that felt slightly misaligned. The initial conversation with recruitment set certain expectations that did not fully match what was discussed during the interview itself, which suggested there may have been some internal miscommunication rather than any intentional issue.
Despite my background and vast experience within the energy industry, I was unsuccessful on this occasion. The feedback indicated that my answers could have been more detailed, which I respected, although I would have appreciated a little more clarity to better understand where improvements could be made.
The outcome of the interview was communicated sooner than expected, and while this was not an issue in itself, it did feel slightly different from what had been outlined during the process. I also followed up after the interview to ask a few additional questions and for feedback following my unsuccessful application, but unfortunately did not receive a response on either occasion.
That said, I remain positive about So Energy as a company and appreciate the opportunity to have interviewed. I believe my skills and experience could still be a good fit for the organisation in the future, and I would be open to considering other opportunities should they arise. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it is shared with the intention of helping improve an experience that I felt could have been better.

Entrevista
I had a great interview experience with So Energy. From the very first contact, everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, and supportive throughout the process.
The interview consisted of three stages, and at each one I met different members of the team with Jess providing invaluable guidance through each stage and the expectations. This gave me the opportunity to have meaningful conversations and gain a well-rounded perspective on what it’s like to work at So Energy, as well as what would be expected in the role. The company culture really came through at every stage as the conversations felt natural, flowed easily, and the questions allowed me to clearly and comfortably showcase my skills and experience.
Although the task element provided more of a challenge, it was a practical way to demonstrate my abilities and gave me useful insight into the role itself and the expectations for this, which I appreciated.
Overall, regardless of the outcome, I would have come away with a very positive impression of So Energy and the interview process. It felt well thought out and well-structured.
