Behavior based, internal interview. SoCalGas always does behavior based, panel interviews. External applicants would also be subject to additional testing pertinent to the job, including a personality profile. There are typically one to three interviews, and the process usually completes within two to three weeks.

Situation based questions. Based around work experiences. three to five questions max. Interview panel were gracious and had a few follow up questions. Overall, it was a good experience although I declined the job offer
