Applied online, and did an over-the-phone interview which ran for about an hour and a half. Two interviewers took turns asking different questions, which included anything from behavioral-based questions to those that require you to explain your experiences.

They gave me ten minutes to prepare a long lecture-type speech in which I have to explain any topic of my choice to someone who is not knowledgeable in that particular field.

I do not remember much else, as I interviewed early 2023. I remember that I interviewed with two representatives through microsoft teams. I was asked a series of questions. The whole interview took probably about an hour

Entrevista
The interview began with writing a series of answers to open ended questions (i.e what are your goals, why do you want to work for SSA, which skills do you think will be most important)
The questionnaire was then followed by a two person panel interview. Many of the questions were STAR based and based on your experience in providing customer service.
My overall experience was positive. I felt the interview was very straight forward.

Entrevista
Applied on USAjobs.gov website, completed online assessment, 4 months later I was called for the “Meet and Deal” panel interview the following day, 1 week later my references were checked, and I received an offer the following week.
