Panel interview with 3 people. They request that you answer the interview questions using the COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT INTERVIEW PROCESS (CAIP). They asked about 7-10 questions under this format. The last question was them asking me to explain something I was knowledge about. They gave me 5 minutes to prepare before starting. The interview was followed by a 30 minute math test that was emailed to me and was emailed back to the agency before 30 minutes expired.

STAR method is used. Pretty straight forward; name a situation, your take and actions and the result of your action. Can be as descriptive or vague as you would like as long as you answer every part of the STAR method.
