It took them months between me submitting my resume, at the request of an employee, to actually interviewing me... and then took another 3.5 weeks between the time I interviewed and the time they made their offer.. and then there was a further 2 weeks after that before I started.

One on one interview with the hiring manager. The interview lasted around 30-45 mins. Interview questions were mostly entry level for technical expertise and some questions to see if you fit the company culture.

The hiring process takes awhile and the interview process was very quick I was in and out of the interview in 30 minutes the person who hired me was very polite and upfront on what they were looking for in an employee
