Entrevista
It started out with a recruiter contacting me, and explaining what Sogeti does, and it is a consulting firm so traveling throughout the valley is typically what a Sogeti employee does. After that, the recruiter schedules a technical phone interview based on your schedule. The phone interview was quite technical and included a variety of questions. It included questions about Object Oriented programming, processes and threads, and Microsoft SQL Server. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Never heard back from Sogeti.

What is the difference between a process and a thread?
A website goes down at the exact time everyday, anytime before that, the website works perfectly. What kind of questions would you start to ask yourself on how to diagnose the problem?
Technical and HR interview. Technical round is more with technical concepts like architecture, design patterns, Apis. Familiarity with Front end technologies like React, Angular, Typescript and so on. HR round is mostly with salary negotiations.

Entrevista
There were 2 stages for the interview process. The first stage was a 30 minute phone interview with one of the recruiters. The interview consisted of mainly average behavioral questions and what you do on the side. The second stage was in person at the office. This stage was a 2 part interview. The first part was with the lead programmer and dealt with technical questions. The second part dealt with consulting questions.
