They make you fly into SF for a final interview where you go through a very scripted, robotic mock interview with the CEO (who knows nothing about technical recruiting) Great process if you like to hire robots, and have no human element. They send a very generic automated rejection email after taking 2 days out of your own time to travel there. Also the business model can easily be replaced with chatgpt. Why use healthcare advocates when you can use AI to help you navigate it? They are aggressively hiring Full Stack Engineers which makes no sense given AI. AVOID
