The interview was very casual. I applied in person and received a call fairly quickly. The boutique doesn't have an office so the actual interview took place right outside of it. I was mostly asked very general questions about myself i.e. what school I went to, how I heard about the company, etc. She also checked my references on the spot and subsequently offered me the job.

Easy and informal interview. Loved the managers and mostly just a get to know you interview. Just be pleasant and personable and you will be fine. It is mostly just a vibe check.

Very easy interview process after handing in my application in person to the store manager. I was hired within that week and was trained quickly and efficiently over my first few days. Overall a great job.

Very simple process, got to meet with the store manager one-on-one. Easy retail related questions. The interview lasted a little under 30 minutes and they are open to training the right candidate.
