Normal interviews with 4 or 5 people in my "Chain of command". Normal questions about experience and also my own interests in music which was seemingly important (many people there also play music and are in bands themselves.) I only went through a single round of interviews I think. They were desperate to get me hired because a few core people were leaving. I started as a contractor actually for like 4 months before I received a job offer.
