I was emailed on 11/9/23 stating that the company would like to interview me for the Marketing Assistant position. I was given a few dates and times that unfortunately did not work with my schedule. The person I was emailing stated that she would be available on 11/17 (my birthday) around 12:30 PM for a pre-screening phone interview. I emailed her on 11/14/23 stating that I would be available during that time, and to see if they would need anything from me before the date. Three days pass and it is just radio silence. The day and time arrives when I am scheduled to have the phone call. 5 minutes pass and no call. 10 minutes pass and no call. 20 minutes pass and no call. 30 minutes pass and no call. At this point, I have given up time with my family and friends on my own birthday just to sit around and wait for someone to never call me. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication with this company and will not be pursuing any future employment opportunities with them. I recommend that you do the same.
