First is a phone screen that takes about 10-15 minutes. They ask you about your previous background and tell you the broad overall details of the position. Next is a 20-minute preliminary Zoom interview. They go into further detail about the position and your background to see if you are qualified for the day-to-day for the position. If you pass that then you are sent to a 20-minute Zoom with the VP of Sales.
