The interview process was very fast and easy if you are familiar with online teaching. Interviewer was very easy to talk to. I applied and received a phone call two weeks later. Within another week I was signed up to start training. After training I was assigned a course and have been teaching there for almost three years now.

I received an email for a secure portal to log in for the interview process. The interview was very straightforward and digital. You answer questions based on a digital propt and record them for evaluation for the next steps.

Virtual then with administrator interview. Expected questions not too challenging. The interview was straightforward and simple. There were no challenging questions. Be prepared to talk about your experience with students and your experience as a faculty member. Using the star method to answer questions.

First there was a phone interview, follow by a self recorded video interview. After completing the references page I was interviewed virtually. The questions were straightforward about teaching styles and my education. After, meeting with the panel I met individually with the dean to discuss logistics.
