Then, had a group phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the entire team in one room to watch a presentation I was asked to create. This was for a VP position. The process was impersonal and didn't enable a conversation with the hiring manager that would have provided an opportunity to have a deep conversation about fit, strategy, and their leadership needs. For a senior level role, this process was ineffective and not well-suited to the role. It gave me the impression SNHU lacks sophistication in hiring top talent.
