First interview was with the owner of Southridge and the VP of Operations. I could tell right away that the owner was a honest guy so that was a plus. Also, the VP gave a very clear impression they are heavily focused on company growth as well as individual growth for staff. After the first interview with Southridge I was very interested in the position.
