Very welcoming and nice. felt comfortable, asked alot of questions and told me about the salary. make sure you look more into their culture/history of southwest and learn more about the position that you applied for. but other than that it was easier then expected and im looking forward to hearing from them again soon to schedule my drug test.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
