The process was fairly simple and straight-forward. It was an in-person interview for about 30 minutes. Everyone in the office was dressed business casual. The person interviewing was the office manager in charge of Admissions Office at the Seminary at the time. The interview tone was semi-professional and highly relational since everyone there has been involved in the ministry side of things or is a student.
