Initial interview was a video call and then an in-person interview. Both interviews seemed a lot longer than average. The interviewer had an excessive list of printed out questions (which seemed very robotic) and they did not write down a single one of my responses (which I found strange). They clearly stated that they would get back to me either way within a week. They then only emailed after I reached out asking for an update. The email stated that I did not get the job and gave no honest feedback. (ironic considering in that same email they asked me to write 'positive' feedback here about the interviewing process). It was an entry level role and the salary was even less than what I'm on now.
