Applied through a recruiting agency who responded within a couple of days to my application. Was told I had an interview and I could choose from a range of dates and times over the next week or so. When I went to the interview I was greeted by a very unfriendly person, who I assumed was a receptionist, although she disappeared after leaving me in a conference room. The offices themselves were exactly as described in other reviews, deathly quiet and completely devoid of any office atmosphere. One woman conducted the interview, which was more like an informal chat than a formal interview. First half of the interview consisted basically of her telling me about the company and how it works. Second half was then going through my CV and asking about work experience etc. Last part of the interview was a 20 minute test, which basically involved being given a very poor quality paper on cancer research and being told to proof read and edit it. The odd thing was that the interviewer said the decision would be made by the owner of the company's son, who spends most of his time in Greece and his decision would be based on the test that you do at the end of the interview. Was clear that the interview was really just for show and the interviewer had no real say in who was hired, it was totally the decision of the boss who wasn't even there and doesn't even meet the applicants.
