Did an online program that took about an hour that was a simulation of a call center. This was followed by a phone interview that was mainly used to give information and then an in person interview.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
