A first phone call, followed by an in-person interview for 1 hour. We covered my past experience, and was given lots of information about the company and the role I would play in that.

Four stages with six stakeholders. The process was generally enjoyable and everybody I met was pleasant. At each stage I was asked specific questions about my experience, the role and how I would tackle certain situations. At the final stage I was asked to conduct a discovery call with a prospect. Throughout the process HR were tightly engaged, but on conclusion of my last step they went silent and began ghosting me. Unfortunately this tainted my view of the business, and I was ultimately unsure if I was still under consideration or not - in the end I decided to withdraw from the process.
