Extremely frustrating interview process. The CEO could not talk about his company's vision, and just gave a robotic answer (10 seconds). He does not have communications skills, and it feels like he is doing it for the formality. His only concern is about Pay. That's the only question he is interested in, I am afraid. Right after the interview they just ghosted. This is not how budding startups work these days. HR is equally important component.
