Interview starts with a call with their HR person in that local office. This person was very friendly and really sells the company well. This step really just assess your personality type, to see if you will be a good fit.
Next will be a codility exam this is where i failed. I would like to say I personality do not do well on timed tests. I didn't get to finish the final question and feel the company should look at the code submitted and maybe still interview some candidates. My advice to the company is not to use online tests as a gateway only as a reference, you should only use online tests as a gateway if you have a lot of candidates to filter from.

Codility. this is a slite modification on the demo question. I only got 75% but it seem 25% is for performance (large integers and arrays) the problem with this is I choose JavaScript as my language this is not a high performance language being loosely typed

Entrevista
SpotX never followed up with me to tell me if I got the job or not! If someone isn't the right fit for your company I can understand that and would appreciate being told so. I felt like a teenager being ghosted by a crush. The interview was very standard. I talked to a recruiter over the phone followed by a phone interview with a team manager. I then took a coding exam online. I felt very good about both the interviews and exam and was excited to hear back. Several months later, and several emails from me to them later, still no response.

Entrevista
It was the best interview process I have ever had. It was a series of logic puzzles. It was so much fun I forgot I was being interviewed. Three different people interviewed basically to see if your personality meshes with the team and you are a logically oriented person.
