After the English test, I had a scientific test called the ADIS test and then the process consisted of a first interview with the HR, then with the team leads and finally with the General Manager.

Entrevista
The recruiter at Springer was very pushy and moved me through the interview and writing processes very fast which was stressful as I had other interviews and a full time job as well to negotiate. The final interviewers were really nice but then I just didn't hear from the recruiter ever again. I emailed multiple times and got no reply. Really poor from Springer to treat candidates like this, especially when they pushed me through the process.
