Applied online via LinkedIn. Contacted by external partner recruiter, Stratum Med. Had 3 phone interviews with that recruiter as well as a required written responses to a list of questions. This was followed by two phone interviews with Springfield VP and HR team. Was told the next step would be onsite. Entire process lasted 3 months, then I was ghosted. No follow up, no reply to polite status inquiry emails, nothing. I'm a seasoned professional and have no problem hearing, "You aren't quite the right fit." However, to invest the kind of time and knowledge sharing that was required only to be wholly ignored was disappointing and unprofessional.
