First need to apply through their on-line system, they will call only shortlisted candidate, set up a written exam test, passed candidate call for interviews for details job requirement, second interview for salary and other benefits negotiation, finally selected candidate need to passed medical test, after clean medical test confirmation to the selected post, after that set up a orientation program for newcomer.

Very good and fair,easy,not time consuming and effective.first of all there is a written test then successful incubent will face two consecutive vivas,through this process incubent is recruited.
Interview is very easy and not much complexity is there.
