After a recruiter initially screened I was given a meeting time to talk with the CEO. They asked the time to be moved earlier and then missed the meeting. They then missed the original meeting time and finally sent a third meeting invitation that did occur. This really should have been the first warning. During the meeting we agreed on a technical assignment. The first issue was small, the wrong assignment was sent and a follow up email contained the correct one. The actual assignment contained different files to the ones in the description, after asking if this was in error I got a vague response to continue as is. After submitting a technical solution I was essentially ghosted by them and the recruiter first received some excuses but then was also ghosted. I was left feeling that they did not have any respect for a professional interview process.
