Showed up early, breezed through HR screening and a few more interviewers, final step was to be interviewed by CEO. He showed up 75 minutes late, complaining loudly about how unfair it was that he was expected to come in when he had a cold. He then proceeded to drill me about a former employer I'd with for 3 years. Didn't that show a marked lack of initiative to stay somewhere for so long? Wasn't I bored? On the whole I was impressed with this company but not with their CEO. After meeting him, I lost all interest in working there. Oh well.
