Entrevista
I did an online character test. After that i did an online web interview via the webcam. I was then invited to an interview with the beanch manager.
Very disappointed they didn't bother to phone or email the outcome of the interview especially after all the time it took to complete the tests and have 2 interviews.

Entrevista
first it was the phone interview telling you ur application is being considered. They will ask you to describe yourself and why do you want to want in St.Geroge. Then if they like you, they will let u proceed to do the personality test and intelligence test. Once you have reached their standard, they will call you in for on-site interview. The interview is 2 to 1, baically going thru the resume and will ask you about how to tackle conflicts within a team. Then your question time
