Of course the decision to conduct testing as well as the number of interviews and decision to conduct phone screens differs between position and department. It is always a good idea to prepare for behavioral interviews like the kind we conduct at St. Jude by thinking about past experiences or challenges you have had on the job and how you handled the situation.
