Very smooth . Consisted of a phone interview and an onsite interview. St Jude made the process very easy and answered all of my questions even after the interview. They treat candidates well.

Applied via St. Jude's career website. Took perhaps several weeks to hear back but proceeded smoothly from there. Typical phone screen followed by a full day plus on-site meeting with faculty and staff. Second on-site visit was 1.5 days. All handled very professionally. About 2-2.5 months from initial interview to accepted offer.
