You meet none of the people you will be working with. You are not taken to the location or meet any of the population until after they say you're hired as a roping in technique.

The interview process was 2 part -- The first was at the main offices, and was conducted by my potential supervisor. The second interview was at the house I'd be managing, and included the adults whose home I'd be managing. I was able to get a fairly good understanding of what the job would entail: who I'd be working for, who I'd be supervising, and who the adults were that I'd be supporting.
