The interview apparently went very well, I know I did not get the position at this point, but I wish managers had the backbone to inform candidates who interviewed in person of their decision. It is fine, there is always someone better, just let people know that they did not get the position so they can move on, the job market is tough and the sooner you know you can start looking again, the less animosity will exist between employees and employers.
