I interviewed in person at their Fort Lauderdale facility. Then I met with their VP of HR and another head of department via Zoom. The interview went very well but I never heard back from them. It’s been over a month of the interview. The follow up was poor.

Interview was over the phone first and then in person. They paid for me to travel to the location. The phone interview was surprisingly short. The next interview there were several managers asking questions. It felt like they were looking for someone stable and don’t want to move around.
