The interview wasn’t stressful, nor were there difficult questions. I felt more so that she reviewed my work experience than explaining anything about the role. The interview seemed rushed, the hiring manager spoke over me not allowing me to completely answer her questions, and I could tell she had made up in her mind that she wouldn’t hire me based on me being in my current role for 6 months. On the initial screening call, she asked how much PTO I currently have remaining which was odd. I quickly noticed the red flags and asked that she withdraw my candidacy. I sensed this department has a high turnover rate and low employee morale.
