Phone screen, followed by an interview with the Lead Project Engineer I would be working with. Followed up a few days later and interviewed with the Senior Project Engineer. Heard back from them the next day with a verbal offer. Extremely responsive and quick process!

I recently received an exciting opportunity after securing an initial interview through a phone call. Following that, I engaged in a more in-depth discussion with technical personnel via a Zoom video call. The transition from a traditional phone conversation to a virtual face-to-face interview added a dynamic element to the hiring process. Navigating through technical questions and showcasing my skills in a virtual setting presented a unique challenge, but it also allowed for a more comprehensive evaluation of my capabilities. The experience highlighted the evolving nature of job interviews in today's digital age, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and effective communication in both traditional and virtual formats.
