The interview process is very easy and pretty simple with 1 technical round and 1 managerial round. Please be aware of the company policies and HR policies. First of all their offer is below current market compensation and their managers doesn't care about you, neither does the HR. You cannot negotiate with them and the vibe I got from them even before joining was horrible. I am talking about the Stanley Oil and Gas division. I have heard their hikes are not that great once you join and it will be very difficult to even get leaves(even when you have emergencies). The company is run by inefficient HRs and managers from US who couldn't care less about the employee. They are looking to expand their team in India, but I believe they will never get a good candidate to work for them. I urge you to never join this organization unless you are willing to sacrifice your personal and professional life.
