The interview was conducted at the Stantec NYC office. I met with a multitude of people with varying experience. I first interviewed with an Engineer who was in his 5th year at the firm. I then met with the office's senior principal of bridge design, and later met with the head of the entire structural department. I was called back to meet with the head of their New York office, which, upon completion, I was offered a job within a few days.
