Entrevista
I went online to the staples website where I confirmed a interview date. Arriving at the store I asked an associate where to meet for my interview where they took me to the back of the sales floor where the desk chairs are and started the interview. It seemed a slightly informal but it wasn't terrible. After they told me if I get a offer I would be contacted 2 weeks after with either another interview or a job offer.

Name a time when you had to defuse a situation either between a customer or your fellow employees
Interview was super quick and casual. Mostly answering questions about my strengths and availability. It was about a 15-20 minute interview. The interviewer was transparent about how many other applicants there were.
Interview process was fairly easy consisting of just one interview with the manager. Questions were the typical / generic kind. Got a call back in decent time frame. Wouldn't sweat the process.

Can you talk a bit more about your customer service experience?
Contacted the company about a cashiering job. Was put in touch with the right person after a reasonable amount of time. Things seemed to go as expected. Nothing tricky about it.
