Entrevista
Talked to the General Manager in his office, he asked about my previous work experience. Spent about 15 minutes talking to him, and then he offered me the job then and there. The experience was fairly simple, it was a new store so I think he just needed people with some kind of customer service experience to employ.
Interview was super quick and casual. Mostly answering questions about my strengths and availability. It was about a 15-20 minute interview. The interviewer was transparent about how many other applicants there were.
Interview process was fairly easy consisting of just one interview with the manager. Questions were the typical / generic kind. Got a call back in decent time frame. Wouldn't sweat the process.

Can you talk a bit more about your customer service experience?
Contacted the company about a cashiering job. Was put in touch with the right person after a reasonable amount of time. Things seemed to go as expected. Nothing tricky about it.
