It started with a in depth phone interview. At the end of the phone interview a 1on 1 interview was set up for a few days later. The 1 on 1 interview was very detailed. it lasted almost 3 hours after which I was contacted with a email invitation for a background check, The back ground check took about 3weeks to conclude, but I had lived in several counties in the last few years which could account for the long time between the interview and conclusion of background. I recieved a offer about a week before the background was in on condition I passed the background which I did.
