Entrevista
First a phone interview with a team representative, then a technical (Remotely - c19 considerations) both with the same rep and a technical lead. Second round of interviews was with a different set of people, the first two's manager and another who I assume was a senior technical lead but he did not give a job title.
The first interview was very simple, just a "tell me about yourself" sort of interview. The technical was a coding interview, the problem an example of a Binary Search Tree. I was asked a few questions during the interview as to my thought process as I was coding, and in the end posed with another question about a possible hang up in my code. My answer was apparently good enough that they asked me to finish the problem and submit my finished code. They had no issue with me googling syntax for various bits of code, and seemed OK with my nerves getting the better of me at the beginning. In both first round interviews the Technical Lead expressed surprise and perhaps a bit of joy at some of the more unique things I've done outside of the professional sphere, and the manner in which I've done them. When I started my technical I went into TDD immediately from a small state and they were both surprised - happy that I was doing that as apparently others hadn't, but also asked me to do a more traditional approach and just start coding to see my thought process.
The third interview was more traditional, but well done. Again, remotely (c19 considerations still) but the interviewer was very professional and his questions, while you can tell they go for the same gist as the generic "Weakness" and "5 Years" types, were much more elegantly phrased and not nearly so blase.
