Nearly every question can be answered more effectively by walking the interviewer through a real situation, the task you were responsible for, the actions you took, and the measurable result that followed.
When answering questions, it was helpful to clearly connect my example back to the role itself by explaining how the experience prepared me to be successful in the position. Strong examples that demonstrated problem-solving, customer service, ownership, communication, and decision-making seemed particularly relevant.
