After applying online, I was invited to take an online assessment test. It took about 90 min total. After successfully passing the assessments, I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was about 3 days later. Interviewer was super friendly and asked general questions about myself, work experience & why I wanted to work for SF.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
