It was simple nothing out of the ordinary. It was the basic interview that you would receive over the phone. It was only one interview. They asked simple questions about past experience and asked situational questions to gauge how you would perform.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
