Very easy. No hard questions. All behavioral questions with 3 part questions like tell me about a situation, what did you do, and what was the outcome. You just need to pay attention and be specific. Be sure to answer all 3 parts of the question.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
