Entrevista
After completing the initial online application there was a 1-2 week wait period prior to initial HR contact. Skills test and drug test were required prior to interview being given. In person interview following durg and skills test, job offer 2 days later. No negotiation on starting salary. Application had to be pushed through HR by contacts within the company. State Farm gives great weight to employee recomended applicants.
