Took 2 months. HireVue assessment mainly behavioral, am going to do an interview in a few weeks with managers. Only two rounds total before offer. Not a bad process at all

Explain why your background and experience make you a good fit for this role.
I had to answer behavioral questions with recordings. It was rather easy, but afterwards I heard no response. I think the work life would have been great as an underclassman but if you don’t get an offer, then I recommend focusing on other companies. State Farm auto-rejects past rejects I think.

Entrevista
HireVue was 7 questions, consisting of almost all behavioral questions, which were all very common. A technical was included, which was equivalent to a Leet easy, but it records your camera. Overall good experience.
