The first part of the process was to complete an online assessment after completing the assessment days later I received a response regarding an interview time. I must admit I was excited as it would be for a part time position and worked well with my schedule. After confirming my phone interview for a time two days later, I actually completed my phone interview. I was offered the position over the phone and given my next steps. The only issue I have is that after being offered the job it was rescinded due to I never received the drug screening information and I even emailed the information relaying that I had not received the screening information. The recruiter did nothing and so there I was left out in the cold with a rescinded job offer

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

Entrevista
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
