Entrevista
It started with a phone interview. The HR person asks some basic questions about your education and work background. Then they schedule you for the face-to-face interview. For me, it was a panel interview with 3 managers. There was also a mini-test on basic finance/accounting principals. And they do a background check.

You are working on a project and you realize that you will not be able to meet the deadline. The project will not be delivered to the client on time. How do you handle this?
The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.

Straight forward 2 round interviews. Usual HR screening and Skills interview. Passed it fairly easily. Recommend doing some skills interview practice. Give as much as practical experience examples with Star approach.
