Entrevista
The interview process has 3 rounds. First one was F2F at their Bangalore office and the second and third round was telephonic with their Boston office. The interview was a good experience. The level of questions and the type of questions asked were really good.
The ugly part was the HR round. The HR round was pathetic where the HR does not exhibit any kind of professional behaviour. THere is no room for negotiation - If the HR says we are giving X package then we just nod our head and agree.
What is even worse is that when someone tries to negotiate the HR literally absconds and with no response to your calls or mails. I would suggest - if is HR for some reason is scared of negotiating (which is odd) at least have the least bit courtesy to inform on the status and tell the candidate what they can offer and provide room for negotiation.
This is the first company where I am experiencing an HR which does not negotiate and expects the candidate to just blindly accept what the company offers - and worst all is the absconding part!

Process consisted of 2 rounds of interview on Teams, both for half an hour. First round was with the Vice President, and 2nd with the Managing Director. Both were very nice and offered a lot of information about the company.

Relatively straightforward interview process with the initial phone screening with a recruiter then meeting with a AVP/Manager. Mix of general behavioral and technical questions and a breakdown of what’s expected for the role.
